The warm water circulation eyewash station is suitable for the simultaneous use of multiple eyewash devices, ensuring the outlet water temperature between 15.7-37.8 degrees. The system uses a large storage tank, providing water supply of 71 gal/min, which can provide water for single or multiple eyewash devices, ensuring the water consumption time is more than 15 minutes.

The device is made of steel and wood structure base, suitable for indoor use in the factory. The hot water and cold water are mixed by the electric heating device, and then supplied to the eye washer for use. The product conforms to the requirements of the outlet water temperature of the eye washer specified in the American ANSI Z358-1 2014 eye washer standard. Can be used in winter, warm water circulation eyewash station composition: electric heating water storage tank, pressure pump, circulating pump, hot and cold mixer.

Technical features:

Electric heated water storage tank provides hot water and cold water to make the outlet water temperature of the eyewash conform to ANSI Z358-1 2014 eyewash standard. The electric heating water storage tank is designed with an electric heater to heat the water source, and the temperature controller to control the temperature of the water source of the water storage tank to prevent the phenomenon of overheating of the water temperature. The hot and cold water mixer controls the outlet water temperature of the eyewash. The outlet water temperature of the hot and cold water mixer can be set according to the ambient temperature of the field in winter. Single or multiple eyewash machines can be provided for use.

The electrical components in the system are of explosion-proof type, which can be used in explosion-proof places. The system is connected with the device of the general control room. Once the eyewash is used on site, a switch signal can be given to the general control room. The system device is equipped with explosion-proof acoustic-optical alarm and explosion-proof light.
